Chcesz zostać uczniem Liceum Oxpress? Jeśli tak, postępuj zgodnie z poniższą instrukcją:
1.Wypełnij internetowy KWESTIONARIUSZ KANDYDATA
2. Dostarcz do naszego sekretariatu zaświadczenie o ocenach uzyskanych w I semestrze nauki w klasie III gimnazjum lub kopię zaświadczenia o wynikach egzaminu gimnazjalnego (jeżeli aplikujesz po ogłoszeniu wyników tego egzaminu).
3. Przystąp do rozmowy wstępnej po umówieniu terminu w sekretariacie szkoły. Skontaktujemy się z Tobą informując o decyzji o przyjęciu do Liceum.
4. Najpóźniej do 3 lipca 2017 r. złóż w naszym sekretariacie wymagane dokumenty:
– oryginały lub kopie (poświadczone za zgodność z oryginałem przez dyrektora gimnazjum, które kandydat ukończył) świadectwa ukończenia gimnazjum
– oryginały lub kopie (poświadczone za zgodność z oryginałem przez dyrektora gimnazjum, które kandydat ukończył) zaświadczenia o szczegółowych wynikach egzaminu przeprowadzanego w ostatnim roku nauki w gimnazjum,
– zaświadczenia o tytule laureata konkursów przedmiotowych
– certyfikaty językowe
– opinię o dysfunkcji wydaną przez poradnię psychologiczno – pedagogiczną
– kartę zdrowia i kopię karty szczepień
– 2 podpisane fotografie.
