Jako, że należący do budynku teren jest dość rozległy, zagospodarowanie go było jedynie kwestią czasu. Właściciel całego kompleksu Oxpress, Dariusz Tyrakowski, planował to przedsięwzięcie od dawna, jednak całkowita wymiana dachu, wymiana stropów w na dwóch piętrach i dostosowanie najwyższej kondygnacji budynku, a także przebudowa siedziby przedszkola i szkoły językowej pochłonęła znaczną część przeznaczonych na rozbudowę infrastruktury środków.
– Mimo ogromnych nakładów finansowych wykorzystanych w ubiegłym roku szkolnym na rozbudowę i rozwój Oxpressu, już teraz możemy rozpocząć budowę kompleksu sportowo – rekreacyjnego przy Alei Tysiąclecia. Na początek pierwszeństwo korzystania z obiektu, czyli sali gimnastycznej, sali do fitnessu, zaplecza sanitarnego i przestronnej szatni będą mieli uczniowie wszystkich oddziałów Oxpressu. Chciałbym jednak, żeby w najbliższym czasie kompleks posłużył również mieszkańcom Bolesławca i wszystkim miłośnikom aktywnego spędzania czasu – powiedział w krótkiej rozmowie Dariusz Tyrakowski.
Wiemy już, że popołudniami w obiekcie realizowane będą zajęcia sportowe i taneczne z wykwalifikowaną kadrą trenerską, a także imprezy i uroczystości szkolne. Pomieszczenia kompleksu będzie można również wynająć.
