23-go marca w nowo wybudowanym kompleksie sportowo – rekreacyjnym Zespołu Oxpress uczniowie i nauczyciele w niezwykły sposób przywitali wiosnę Nauczyciele wfu zorganizowali bowiem fantastyczny dzień pod hasłem „BĄDŹ FIT”.

Na początek wszystkie klasy wzięły udział w przygotowaniu zdrowego śniadania – nigdy nie przypuszczalibyście, jakie talenty kulinarne drzemią w naszej młodzieży… Potrawy były wyszukane, wyglądały niemal jak sztuczne – i zawierały tylko zdrowe i naturalne składniki. Wśród śniadań pojawiały się wszelkiego rodzaju grillowanie warzywa, kasze, sałatki, placuszki, gofry, ciasteczka z amarantusem, naleśniki, soki, koktajle (np. z jarmużu i pietruszki, mmmm….), a nawet krewetki, sushi, tatar z łososia z dynią i awokado czy carpaccio z buraka… Jury w składzie: Magda Białobrzeska, Monika Pluszczewicz i Paweł Niemiec musiało następnie spróbować i ocenić wszystkie przysmaki. Wybór był tak trudny, że członkowie komisji obradowali prawie cały dzień – ostatecznie pierwsze miejsce zajęła pierwsza klasa Liceum, wygrywając tym samym wyjazd w dowolnym terminie do kręgielni. Dominika Mielnik, która wymyśliła i przygotowała potrawę, nie kryła zadowolenia Kolejną atrakcją była rozgrzewka z elementami Tabaty pod okiem trenera personalnego i naszego nauczyciela, Kamila Razika. Wszyscy starali się wytrwać do końca i z duma przyznajemy, że większości uczniów to się udało! Po treningu uczestniczyliśmy w wykładzie i prezentacji poprowadzonej przez profesjonalną fizjoterapeutkę, która zaprezentowała nawyki najbardziej szkodliwe dla naszej postawy i zdrowia. Dowiedzieliśmy się również, jak w prosty sposób je eliminować. Gościem wydarzenia był również dietetyk i instruktor ćwiczeń siłowych z Wrocławia.

Na parterze szkoły dla uczniów i wszystkich uczestników dnia „Bądź fit!” otwarty był punkt pomiaru ciśnienia, wagi ciała, wzrostu i BMI.

Cały dzień spędziliśmy wprost fantastycznie, w doskonałych humorach i świetnie się bawiąc.

Relację z imprezy można było oglądać na kanale Telewizji Łużyce, obecnie można ją zobaczyć na stronie internetowej stacji.
